Production Time

Every Zarbya rug is woven entirely by hand and then washed and dried naturally in the mountain air. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, production timelines vary by size:

• 6' × 9' and smaller: approximately 6–12 weeks

• Larger than 6' × 9': approximately 8–16 weeks

Production begins once payment is received and all order details are finalized.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship internationally, with a focus on delivering to the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Gulf region.

• USA: 5–10 business days

• Europe & Canada: 5–12 business days

• Gulf Countries: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Zarbya ships from Morocco, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your rug’s journey.

Packaging

Our rugs are carefully folded or rolled and securely wrapped to protect them during transit. We do not use plastic where possible, staying true to our commitment to sustainability and authenticity.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@zarbya.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
